  • This is a great, high-energy dead show with excellent sound quality ("Betty Boards" - recorded by audio engineer Betty Cantor-Jackson). Both sets are very well-played. In the first set, I love the transition in the “cowboy tunes” (Mexicali Blues > Me And My Uncle), followed by an excellent FOTD (quite possibly one of my favorites) and a high-energy Minglewood. I’d say the Scarlet > Fire and Truckin’ are the set II highlights for me. Also, I really like the cover art by Tim McDonagh and the overall design...great release all around!
