I know that Kike Boy is very regarded in the Spanish scene, but I must make my apologies swiftly and say that the reason for this review is based solely on the b-side track, Daytona - Tribe In Trance.What a track it is! Combining everything that was fantastic about mid-90's European trance, it stands as a track that basically no-one knows about but anyone who is a fan of that sound (of which I mean Sunbeam, Formic Acid, Nostrum, Alien Factory, The Jeyenne, Komakino etc) should investigate!At just over 9 minutes, it is quite the journey. From the atmospheric introduction into a typical Germanic Kai Tracid sounding minor key melody, it progresses with ease both rhythmically and melodically for almost 10 minutes of sheer trance euphoria.I purchased my copy of this CDM here on Discogs, and trust me it is one of my most treasured possessions.I almost feel as if I am selling the track out by writing a review about it, but if you are a fan of the artists I have mentioned above trust me, you will enjoy this.
