"S/4132" and "S/4133" on the sleeves, "R-00216" and "R-00217" on blue 'herald' labels. Layout of sleeves unchanged from 4th pressing, including 1971 address combination. Issued again in January 1978 - unlikely to be any pressing variations. No laminate strip down the back of the right side of the sleeve.
